Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Originalista Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your Originalista order, we offer a refund within 14 days from date of delivery.
We’re dedicated to provide you with the finest online shopping in Egypt and we will be happy to assist you for returns.

o Your return order should be within 14 days. The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition.
o Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
o The return process takes up to 10 working days from the day you submit your package. Cash refunds are not allowed, the refunds are processed via bank transfer or telecommunication cash services (Vodafone Cash, Etisalat Cash or Orange). The refund should be processed once the item is considered as eligible for refund as per the above conditions.
Special Conditions:
Due to their special features, some of our items have to fulfil certain criteria to be returned:
-Socks :It cannot be exchanged or returned.
-Accessories: must be returned with the bag or the original cardboard packaging intact.
o The return fees varies depending on the location. If you received a different item from the one you ordered or a wrong size, no return fees will be applied.
o We do not accept returned item(s) without submitting a return request first and it gets approved from our side.
o Upon approval of your returned request and verification of the item(s), the returned item will be eligible to a refund.
o The refund amount will not include the delivery fees in special cases outside of the free delivery option.
o In case your returned item(s) was not eligible to our return policy neither to the refund policy, the item(s) will be shipped back to your address.
o In case of receiving a physically damaged product(s) from the courier, the incident should be reported within 2 days starting from the delivery date (including the regular and national holidays) to be able to take the proper action, reporting past this period will not be valid.

o Items exchanged must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept an item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
Exchange is provided through Store Credit Coupon:
o Once the product is verified, a coupon with the amount paid for the product required to be exchanged will be sent to you that would be valid for 365 days.
o The coupon can be used to purchase through our website and it guarantees free shipping on the new item(s) requested.
o If the new item(s) is lower in price amount than the store credit, you can notify us, and we can create a separate coupon with the remaining amount, that would be valid for 365 days. OR we can refund the remaining amount through bank transfer or telecommunication cash services (Vodafone Cash, Etisalat Cash or Orange).
o If the new item(s) is higher in price, you will be required to pay the remaining amount via cash or online payment.
